Birth Support

Everyone deserves to have the positive, safe and empowered birth experience that they desire. As your birth doula, I am here to support you emotionally, physically, and informationally before, during and shortly after the birth of your baby, (and new self!). My goal is for you to feel safe, affirmed, empowered, and well-cared for during your birth experience in whatever ways that are specific to you and your family.

There is no “one size fits all” model of care, so I am here to help support you in making the best informed decisions for your unique self. Whether your vision is an unmedicated home birth, you have a scheduled hospital induction, or any other variation of normal birth, I got you!
